Darren has lived in Kamloops for 48 years, is married to Bonnie and they have 2 children.

Bonnie is co-owner with Darren and has worked at N&H for 27 years


Garry Shyiak -  Commercial Estimator/Project Manager

Garry provides a major role as a commercial estimator. His expertise include co-ordinating our Helical Pile jobs, which may include repairing a cracked foundation or stabilizing a home. Garry undertakes all projects with profesionalism & understanding of the clients needs.
Garry lives in Kamloops, is married to Lorna they have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

 Wilf Vigue - Project Manager



Wilf has worked for N&H for the past 7 years. He has 25 + years experience in all aspects of restoration work and has recently been promoted to Project Manager.

Dave Madsen - Project Manager

Dave has worked in the capacity of Project Manager since June 2011.

 Jane Donchi - Office Administrator

As Office Administrator Jane is responsible for day to day operations of the office and has worked for N&H for 7 years.

Jane is knowledgeable in all facets of our operation and is committed to providing professional & courteous service to all of our customers.

Certified Payroll Administrator.

Jane has lived in Kamloops for 34 years, is married to Rick and they have 3 children & 3 grandsons.

Kathy Gilbert - Receptionist




Kathy has worked for N&H in the capacity of receptionist for the past 2.5 years.

She is married to Craig has 3 children and has lived in Kamloops for the past 10 years.
